Featured Guest List by Martellus Bennett
Martellus Bennett – also known as Marty B – is a hulking tight end entering his third season with the Dallas Cowboys, where he plays behind, and sometimes alongside, perennial All-Pro Jason Witten. Drafted by the Cowboys in the second round out of Texas A&M, where he also played basketball, Bennett is already a fierce blocker and has the potential to be a major weapon in the passing game for Dallas. Marty B is also a hip hop enthusiast and part-time MC. Along with his pals Shaud Money and Chris Jobe, he formed the hip hop collective known as the Moonshine Kids. You can stream and download Marty's new mixtape 8 Degrees Cooler Than U below. To watch music videos from Marty and his crew from the Moonshine Kids, check out his YouTube channel. You can also follow him on Twitter and find him on Facebook.
Music is really important to us. Everyone's listening to their iPod before games, and when we come in at halftime, guys go straight back to their iPods before the coaches come back in with adjustments. When we're not listening to our iPods, sometimes we'll argue about what to listen to. We have a DJ come out to practice at times. As a team, we listen to everything; with the older stuff and slow jams, we have sing-a-longs and stuff. (Running back) Tashard Choice is usually our DJ, but (offensive lineman) Flozell Adams will snatch the iPod anytime he's tired of listening to music; he doesn't care if anyone else is enjoying it. I personally love music and think there's a song for every mood you could possibly be in - at practice or a game, or anytime. But, the right song gets me pumped up for the game and some songs make me want to play even harder.

Hate most of the music but love the list. BTW, where is the "Captain Crunch Rap"?

I'm with you. This is pretty funny, but the Cowboys taste in music leaves a little something to be desired.

Agree with Jay. It's all about the Capt'n Crunch. The Top 13 does say favorite songs of the Dallas Cowboys. I would think that would include songs by the Dallas Cowboys.

The thought of 60 grown-ass men enjoying that terrible Black Eyed Peas song is pretty hilarious.
The Cowboys are the worst.

Guess Flozell won't be cutting off the music anymore - he was released last week. Also, that Curren$y album cover is awesome.
